Not really colour by numbers as due to the transparent wash of watercolour the numbers are replaced by "areas" to colour.
Supplied with 8 colours of watercolour pencil, a watercolour brush and a pencil sharpener. Along with details of colour placment and suggestions for water wash and pencil techniques, the finished work is sure to please.
